G.R. No. 134510 (Sultan Kudarat Milling and Trading, Inc. vs. Hon. German Malcampo, et al.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari as well as the comment thereon of respondent, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case.
