Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 134614. (Reynolds Philippines Corporation vs. Reynolds Corporation Solidarity Workers Union, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 2, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in its questioned decision and resolution as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Accordingly, the motion of petitioner for leave to file the attached reply to respondents' comment on the petition for review on certiorari and the aforesaid reply dated November 17, 1998 are NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
