Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 134977 (Supren Medina vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of December 2, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari on the ground that the affidavit of service of copies of the petition on the Office of the Solicitor General, the Regional Trial Court, the Court of Appeals and private complainant is defective and that the petition is insufficient inform due to the absence of a proper verification, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
