Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 24, 1999.

G.R. No. 135279 (Felicidad Cacda, et al. vs. Gracelyn Miranda.)

Acting on the motions of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolutions of October 14, 1998 and November 23, 1998, which denied their motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari for non-compliance with Section 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure and denied the said petition for late filing, respectively, the Court RESOLVES to DENY both motions with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought; besides, petitioners failed to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motions on respondent and on the Court of Appeals pursuant to Section 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
