Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 24, 1999.

G.R. No. 135351 (Oscar Manuel vs. Sandiganbayan, et al.)

Considering the manifestation and motion of the Special Prosecutor, the Court RESOLVES to require: (a) petitioner to FURNISH the Office of the Special Prosecutor with copy of the petition for certiorari with complete annexes and to SUBMIT to this Court proof of such service, both within five (5) days from notice hereof; and (b) the Special Prosecutor to COMMENT on the aforesaid petition within thirty (30) days from receipt of such copy.

Acting on the motion of Atty. Danilo H. Cortez to withdraw as counsel for private respondents Jaime Ledesma and Ramon Pedrosa, with notice of change of address to 138 F. Blumentritt cor. Gen. Bautista, San Juan, Metro Manila, the Court further RESOLVES to require Atty. Cortez to SUBMIT to this Court the conformity of respondents Jaime Ledesma and Ramon Pedrosa to his withdrawal as their counsel pursuant to Section 26, Rule 138 of the Rules of Court, within ten (10) days from notice hereof.

The copy of the resolution of November 23, 1998 requiring respondents to comment on the petition for review on certiorari addressed to private respondent Guillermo Pablo at S-600, Ermita Center, Roxas Blvd., 1000 Manila, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Unclaimed" is hereby deemed SERVED on aforenamed private respondent by substituted service pursuant to Rule 13, Section 8 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
