G.R. No. 135497 (Nilda C. Saludes vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for leave to admit as well as her motion for reconsideration of the resolution of November 18, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit a written explanation for the non-personal service of copies of the petition on respondents and on the National Labor Relations Commission, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same for lack of merit and with FINALITY, as in any event, no compelling reason was adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
