Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 135649 (Consolidated Plywood Industries, Inc., et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of November 16, 1998, which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of showing of grave abuse of discretion committed by the National Labor Relations Commission in affirming the decision of the Labor Arbiter, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
