G.R. No. 136063 (Guillerma Trinidad vs. Albina Trinidad-Cruz, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for a second extension of fifteen (15) days from December 14, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED, previous warning of no further extension having been given in the resolution of December 14, 1998.

Acting on the petition for review on certiorari the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same pursuant to Section 2, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5 (a), Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the petition having been filed late on January 4, 1999, due date being December 14, 1998.
