Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 17, 1999.

G.R. No. 136222 (Shawarma Snack Center and/or its owner Amina Teresita Yutuc Sarmiti vs. Spouses Alfredo A. Perez and Aquilina A. Perez, et al.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same for failure of petitioner to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case, and for being prosecuted manifestly for delay; besides, said petition lacks special and important reasons to merit its allowance, in accordance with Sections 5 and 6, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
