Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 136361 (Reynaldo Tolentino and Sofronio Candor vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The motion of petitioners to withdraw their motion for extension of thirty (30) days within to file a petition for review on certiorari on the ground that it was prematurely filed is GRANTED, and the aforesaid motion for extension is NOTED.

Accordingly, the Court RESOLVES to INFORM the parties that no petition has been filed in the instant case and to DECLARE the same CLOSED and TERMINATED.
