Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 136385 (Ama Computer College Inc., et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari dated November 27, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same pursuant to Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioners having failed to submit a duly accomplished affidavit of service copies of the petition on the respondents clearly indicating the place of such service by mail in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13, as well as a verified statement of the date of filing of their motion for reconsideration before the National Labor Relations Commission in accordance with Section 3, Rule 46, as amended, of the same Rules of Civil Procedure.

The manifestation of petitioners dated December 2, 1998 explaining the non-personal filing of copies of the petition and their failure to attach to their petition the memorandum of appeal filed respondent National Labor Relations Commission, and submitting copies of said memorandum is NOTED.
