G.R. No. 136472 (Nabil Magdy Ali Ibrahim E1 Halawany vs. Spouses Aurora and Marianito Gonzales.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of twenty (20) days from December 22, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to indicate in the affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals the date and place of such service in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
