G.R. No. 136721 (Maria Rosario C. Congson vs. Ruth A. Bentulan.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED pursuant to Section 4, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioner having failed to serve the Court of Appeals with a copy of the motion; moreover, the affidavit of service does not state the place of service as required by Rule 13, �13 in relation to Rule 45, �2.
