The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from January 7, 1999 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to indicate in the affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondent and on Regional Trial Court the date and place of such service in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
