Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 10, 1999.

G.R. No 136882 (Sarabia Manor Hotel, et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same for late filing, as petition was filed beyond the reglementary period of sixty (60) days fixed in Section 4, Rule 65 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, which is interrupted by the filing of a motion for reconsideration and the balance of which runs from receipt of the denial of aforesaid motion, and for petitioners' failure to remit the amount of P298.00 as balance of the deposit for costs, in violation of Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the same Rules.
