Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 17, 1999.

G.R. No. 136884 (Edgardo Palad, et al. vs. Sultan Macmod Munte.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same for petitioners' failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case. Moreover, petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the assailed decision of the Court of Appeals was filed late.
