G.R. No. 136959 (Cipriana Garcia vs. HON. Virgilio Jiro as Presiding Judge, MTC, Manila, Branch 14, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from January 19, 1999 within which to file petition for certiorari is DENIED for failure to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents containing a full statement of the place of such service in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
