The motion of petitioners for an extension of thirty (30) days from January 21, 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to serve copy of the motion on the Regional Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 135, in accordance with Section 4, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
