A.M. No. OCA IPI 97-380-RTJ (Vicente Lim, Jr. vs. Judge Zeus C. Abrogar, Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, Manila.)

Considering the administrative complaint filed against Judge Zeus C. Abrogar, Regional Trial Court, manila, Branch 9 as well as the comment thereon of respondent, the Court RESOLVES, as recommended by the Court Administrator in his Memorandum Report dated January 4, 1999, to DISMISS the administrative complaint for lack of merit and for being a wrong remedy since the proper recourse is judicial and not administrative.
