Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 24, 1999.

UDK-12680 (Pampanga II Electric Cooperative, Inc. vs. Spouses Prudencio and Teresita Pacio.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from January 13, 1999 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to pay the prescribed legal fees within the reglementary period in accordance with Sections 2 and 3, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5 (c) of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, and to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals pursuant to Section 13, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the same Rules.
