Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

G.R. No. 103882 (Republic of the Philippines vs. Court of Appeals, et al.), G.R. No. 105276 (Pasay City and Republic Real State Corporation vs. Court of Appeals), and G.R. No. 134677 (Republic Real State Corporation vs. Regina Jimenez-David.)

Acting on the Manifestation and Motion filed by counsel for intervenor Cultural Center of the Philippines, dated November 20, 1998, stating that it is not a party respondent in G.R. No. 105276 and that it be excused from filing comment on the contempt charge, the Court Resolved to DENY the aforesaid motion.

The motion filed by the Solicitor General for Republic of the Philippines, dated November 19, 1998, for a second extension or until November 30, 1998, within which to file comment on the motion for contempt, is GRANTED.
