Considering the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 10, 1997 which denied the petition for review on certiorari as well as the comment thereon of respondents and reply thereto of petitioner, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The compliance of respondent's counsel with the resolution of October 7, 1998 remitting the amount of P1,000.00 as payment of the Court fine imposed upon him in the said resolution of October 7, 1998 is NOTED.
