Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 120790 (Special Police & Watchmen Association (PLUM) Federation, Aproniano Aba, et al., vs. National Labor Relations Commission and Central Azucarera De Bais.)

At bar is petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision of this Court, dated September 5, 1997, which dismissed the Petition for lack of merit.

Evidently, the motion poses nothing new. The points raised and arguments advanced are but a reiteration of the thrust of the petition which the court found to be barren of merit, and after giving the Decision sought to be reconsidered a second hard look, we find no reason to reconsider the same.

WHEREFORE, petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration under consideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
