Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 122457 (Exchange Properties Corporation, operating under the business name of "Caylabne Bay Resort", vs. Honorable Bienvenido E. Laguesma and Narito Na, Caylabne Bay Resort Employees Union - ALU-TUCP.)

At bar is petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration1 [Rollo, p. 86.] of the Resolution2 [Rollo, p. 85.] of this Court, dated November 29, 1995, which dismissed the Petition for lack of merit.

Evidently, the Motion poses nothing new. The points raised and arguments advanced by movant merely reiterate the thrust of the petition which the Court found barren of merit. After giving the Resolution sought to be rendered a second hard look, we discern no sustainable basis for reconsidering the same.

WHEREFORE, petitioner's Motion for reconsideration dated January 24, 1996 is hereby DENIED, for want of merit.
