Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 124319 (The People of the Philippines, Plaintiff and Appellee, vs. Gari Bibat y Descargar, Defendant and Appellant.)

At bar is appellant's Motion for Reconsideration of the judgment of affirmance promulgated in this case on May 13, 1998.

Evidently, the issues raised and the arguments advanced by movant merely reiterate the thrust of the appellant's brief which the court found barren of sustainable merit.

WHEREFORE, appellant's Motion for Reconsideration, filed on August 4, 1998, is hereby DENIED for want of merit.
