The Court NOTES the compliance of Atty. Rory Jon Q. Sepulveda, counsel for private respondent, with the resolution of October 21, 1998, remitting to this Court Postal Money Order No. 8866883 in the amount of P1,000 as fine imposed on him in the aforesaid resolution which found his explanation for his failure to timely file respondent's rejoinder to the Solicitor General's reply to the comment on the petition for review on certiorari unsatisfactory.
