Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20, 1999.

G.R. No. 128361 (People of the Philippines vs. Moroy Gallo.)

The appellant's brief dated October 20, 1998 is NOTED and the motion of the Solicitor General for an extension of thirty (30) days from November 25, 1998 within which to file the appellee's brief is GRANTED.

Considering the letter of Assistant Solicitor General Nestor J. Ballacillo, dated November 18, 1998, requesting that the duplicate copies of all the transcripts of stenographic notes be sent to the Office of the Solicitor General for the preparation of the appellee's brief, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the aforesaid request and to INFORM Assistant Solicitor General Ballacillo that his office's liaison officer or authorized representative may come to this Court for the photocopying of the aforesaid transcripts of stenographic notes.
