Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of September 16, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of sufficient showing that the questioned judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The notice of Atty. Raul E. Espinosa, counsel for private respondent, of his change of address to 1911 Leon Guinto St., Malate, Manila, is NOTED.
