Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 130833 (Cipriano Aranda, substituted by his heirs namely Antonio Aranda, et al vs. HEIRS of Ciriaco Aranda, et al.)

The manifestation and motion of counsel for petitioners dated September 7, 1998 praying that he be furnished with a copy of the respondents' comment on the petition and that he be given a period of twenty (20) days from receipt thereof within which to file petitioners' reply to aforesaid respondents' comment as required in the resolution of April 15, 1998 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, the petition for review on certiorari having been dismissed in the resolution of September 16, 1998.

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of September 16, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for non-compliance with the resolution of April 15, 1998 requiring them to file their reply to respondents' comment on the aforesaid petition, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
