Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18, 1999.

G.R. No. 131647 (People of the Philippines vs. Rommel Flores, et al.)

Considering the motion of Atty. Gabriel J. Canete, counsel for accused-appellant Rommel Flores, to withdraw his appearance as such counsel, the Court RESOLVES to require Atty. Canete to comply with Section 26, Rule 138 of the Rules of Court and SUBMIT to this Court the written consent of accused-appellant Rommel Flores himself to the aforesaid withdrawal within ten (10) days from notice hereof.

It appearing that the records and transcript of stenographic notes in this case are now complete, the Court further RESOLVES to ACCEPT the appeal.
