Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 131958 (Eduardo Zamora Detecio vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

The motion of petitioner dated November 18, 1999 for the grant of relief from judgment as well as his letter dated January 6, 1998 are both NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, his omnibus motion for reconsideration of the resolution of February 16, 1998, which dismissed the petition for certiorari for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 65, in relation to Rules 46 and 56, governing petitions for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, having been denied with finality in the resolution of July 1, 1998 for lack of compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
