Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 26, 1999.

G.R. No. 131967 (Ricardo D. Papa, Jr. vs. Commission on Elections, et al.)

It appearing from the records of this case that counsel for petitioner failed to file supplemental reply within the period which expired on September 4, 1998, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the petition for failure of the petitioner to file supplemental reply. In any event, the petition would still be dismissed for having become moot and academic."
