Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of September 2, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the questioned judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
