Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25, 1999.

G.R. No. 132205 (Estanislao Carbungco, et al. vs. Court of Appeals and Elihu Buntua.)

Considering the compliance of counsel for private respondent with the resolution of November 9, 1998 explaining why the comment on the petition for review on certiorari was not filed within the period, the Court FINDS the same UNSATISFACTORY and RESOLVES to WARN aforesaid counsel that a repetition of the same or similar omission will be dealt with more severely.

Considering the aforesaid comment of private respondent on the petition for review on certiorari, the Court further RESOLVES to require petitioners to file a REPLY thereto within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
