It appearing from the records that Atienza, Madrid Buenaventura Rodriquez and Cacho, counsel for petitioner failed to file reply as required in the resolution of October 6, 1998, within the period which expired on November 15, 1998, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the petition, for failure of petitioner to file reply as required in the resolution of October 6, 1998.
