Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20, 1999.

G.R. No. 133093 (Fil-Estate Properties, Inc., et al. vs. Isidro Cruda, et al.)

The motion of petitioners to admit their manifestation/comment in lieu of reply to respondents' comment on the petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED. The aforesaid manifestation/comment dated November 17, 1998 and respondents' opposition thereto are NOTED.

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari as well as respondents' comment thereon, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment.
