Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.
G.R. No. 133336 (Roberto Catalig vs. People of the Philippines.)
The motion of the petitioner to file the therein incorporated second motion for reconsideration of the resolutions of July 20, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for being insufficient in form and for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 45 governing appeals by certiorari to the Supreme Court, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, and of October 7, 1998 which denied with finality his motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid dismissal for lack of compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought, is DENED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the aforesaid second motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
