Quoted hereunder, for your information is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 133622 (Eparwa Security Services vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Pursuant to the En Banc resolution of April 7, 1988 reiterating its "Resolution Adopting Policy and Procedural Guidelines for the Supreme Court in the Implementation of Section 12, Article XVIII of the 1987 Constitution" that no motion for leave to file a second motion for reconsideration shall be entertained and Section 2, Rule 52, of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure that no second motion for reconsideration of a judgement or final resolution by the same party shall be entertained, the Court resolved to DENY the motion of petitioner for leave to file the incorporated second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of June 22, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari.
