Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 133642 (Quality Cleaners and Dyers, Inc., et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

The second motion with manifestation of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolutions of July 13, 1998, which denied the petition for certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the assailed judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, and of October 14, 1998 which denied their motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid dismissal for lack of compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
