G.R. No. 133748 (Guardian Angel Security and Allied Services, Inc. and/or Mario Macaraig vs. Hon. Cresenciano B. Trajano.)

The motion of the Solicitor General for a fifth extension of ten (10) days within which to file his comment on the petition for certiorari is GRANTED.

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for certiorari as well as the separate comments thereon of the Solicitor General and of private respondents, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the questioned judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion.
