Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 133766 (Renee Martinez vs. Regina Q. Magallanes, et al.)

The motion of the petitioner for leave and for admission of the therein second motion for reconsideration of the resolutions of August 31, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit the duplicate original or certified true copies of the Court of Appeals' assailed decision and resolution, and of November 9, 1998 which denied with finality her motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid dismissal for lack of compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
