G.R. No. 133836 (G and M [Phils.], Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

The second motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 5, 1998, which denied with finality its motion for reconsideration of the resolution of July 13, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit the duplicate original or certified true copy of the questioned resolution of the national Labor Relations Commission, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
