Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134061 (Extra Excel International [Phils.], Inc. and/or Mr. Richard Hu, General Manager vs. Hon. Labor Arbiter Rexel M. Pacuribot, et al.)

Pursuant to the En Banc resolution of April 7, 1988 reiterating its "Resolution Adopting Policy and Procedural Guidelines for the Supreme Court in the Implementation of Section 12, Article XVIII of the 1987 Constitution" that no motion for leave to file a second motion for reconsideration shall be entertained and Section 2, Rule 52, of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure that no second motion for reconsideration of a judgment or final resolution by the same party shall be entertained, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion of petitioner to file a second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of July 13, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari.
