Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18, 1999.

G.R. No. 134380 (Spouses Lilia Sevilla and Jose Seelin vs. George Lim and Josefina Saga.)

The copy of the resolution of September 23, 1998 addressed to Atty. Efren L. Cordero, counsel for respondent Josefina Saga, at 1004 National Life Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Moved" is hereby deemed SERVED on Atty. Cordero by substituted service pursuant to Rule 13, Section 8 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

The letter of Atty. Eduardo V. Villafuerte, counsel for respondent George Lim, dated December 7, 1998 stating that he received a copy of the Court's resolution dated September 23, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari and requesting that a certification be issued to the effect that said dismissal is now final and executory is NOTED.
