Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 134394 (Ceferina Awacay vs. Adoracion Vda de Tri�o.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 7, 1998 which dated the petition for review on certiorari for lack of merit and for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
