Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134421 (Dominador Regalado, Jr. vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 19, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion, as no compelling reason exists to warrant a reconsideration thereof.

Besides, the motion merely reiterates the same arguments earlier raised and does not present any substantial reason not previously invoked nor any matter not already considered and passed upon by the Court. This denial is FINAL.
