JOSE MERCEDES, et al. vs. BERNARDINA RACAGA, et al.
SECOND DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.
G.R. No. 134424 (Jose Mercedes, Priscilla, Lolita, Teresa, Alejandrina and Veronica, all surnamed Kabaitan, et al. vs. Bernardina, Cesar, Patricia, Romeo and Willita, all surnamed Racaga, et al.)
Considering the petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 10, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 45 governing appeals by certiorari to the Supreme Court, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as well as the respondents' comment thereon, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
Very truly yours,
