Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134501 (Tomas T. Teodoro vs. Continental Cement Corporation.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for late filing and for failure to submit a certification on non-forum shopping duly executed by petitioner himself, and further denied with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 17, 1998 denying his motion for extension of time to file the petition, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought, and the motion of petitioner for leave to file the aforesaid motion for reconsideration is NOTED.

Accordingly, the Court further RESOLVED to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the petitioner's submission to this Court of the faxed copy and original of the Affidavit/Certification of the aforesaid motion.
