G.R. No. 134671 (Jose Ma. Regalado/Hda Caridad III vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of September 2, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit the duplicate original or certified true copy of the assailed resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission denying his motion for reconsideration of the questioned decision, and for lack of showing that the said decision is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
