Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder for your information, is a resolution, of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134686 (Arnold Quintos vs. Court of Appeals.)

Acting on the petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 14, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion, as no compelling reason exist to warrant a reconsideration thereof.

Besides, the motion merely reiterates the same arguments earlier raised and does not present any substantial reason not previously invoked nor any matter not already considered and passed upon by the Court. This denial is FINAL.
